HELENA, Mont. - The Carroll College soccer teams are on the road for one final weekend of the 2026 CCC regular season, looking to bolster their records with a pair of wins against Walla Walla and Warner Pacific on Friday and Sunday.
With just two weeks remaining in the league slate, both the Carroll men and women find themselves currently in play for a postseason berth. There is still plenty of work to be done, however, and both sides will be looking to stack on points as the season winds down.
The Carroll women (4-3-6, 3-1-4) leapfrogged in-state rival Providence in the standings last weekend following a 3-0 shutout in Helena last Saturday. The win was the second-straight shutout for the Fighting Saints, but more importantly moved them into eighth place in the CCC standings, the final postseason qualifying spot. With four games remaining, Carroll is just one point up on the Argos, and will need to finish strong to once again punch their ticket to Medford for the conference championships.

The Saints have a good opportunity to add points on Friday, taking on a Walla Walla team that is in last place in the standings and winless on the season. The Wolves have only been in the conference for one year, and Carroll holds a 2-0 record in the all-time series.
Sunday presents an even more compelling opportunity, as Carroll will square off with a Warner Pacific team that they enter the week tied with for points (13). The Knights have more wins on the year, but Carroll's league-leading four draws have kept them in contention. Finding a way to knock off the Knights could provide some much-needed separation in the standings.
On the men's side, Carroll enters the week in much firmer postseason position. The Saints are third in the league table with 16 points on the year, trailing only Bushnell and Rocky. The Battlin' Bears have already locked up their trip to the CCC Championship, and the Saints can do so with a pair of wins this weekend.
Walla Walla and Warner Pacific come into the weekend in seventh and eighth in the league standings, and both will be hungry for wins as the postseason draws near.
Carroll has never lost to Walla Walla, coming into the weekend with an 11-0 record in the all-time series.
On Sunday, the Saints will look for a bit of revenge against a Warner Pacific side that beat them in overtime of last year's CCC Championship match, before making an extended run in the NAIA National Tournament.
Senior forward Felix Billard (Mallorca, Spain) can cement his legacy this weekend, entering the pair just one goal short of matching the program's all-time record for goals scored (36).
