For over 70 years, Town Pump has been guided by the philosophy set forth by founders, Tom and Mary Ann Kenneally: taking care of customers, team members and the communities we call home. To ensure this legacy of giving continues for future generations, the Town Pump Charitable Foundation was established 25 years ago.
Impact and reach
The foundation’s mission is to provide financial support to Montana non-profits, with a primary focus on meeting basic needs and furthering education. The scale of this support includes:
2025 giving: Nearly $6.8 million donated through combined foundation and corporate efforts.
Lifetime impact: Over $56.5 million donated statewide for food insecurity since 2000.
Addressing food insecurity
Fighting hunger remains a top priority. In 2025 alone, the foundation awarded over $4 million in grants to food banks, “Meals for Backpacks” programs, and other hunger-relief organizations.
Furthermore, Town Pump’s dedicated team members marked the 24th year of the “Be A Friend in Deed, Help Those in Need” campaign, raising more than $530,625 for local food banks.
Looking ahead
As a Montana-owned-and-operated family of businesses, Town Pump is celebrating the new year with steadfast commitment to the local neighbors. Your patronage makes this work possible, allowing us to invest back into the state we love.
