Climate predictions

Climate science “experts” have been warning that the “sky is falling!” for over 50 years. In 1970, Life magazine quoted climate scientists who predicted that by 1985 man-made air pollution will have reduce the amount of sunlight reaching the earth by one half. They predicted that by the year 2000 the earth’s temperature would be colder by 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

That same year, on “Earth Day” it was predicted that the end of civilization would occur in 15-30 years (1985 to 2000), that 100 to 200 million people would die of starvation annually, and that by the year 2000 a new ice age would begin. In other words, man made pollution was projected to cause global cooling!

But, by 2006, scientists made a 180-degree reversal and have since predicted that man-made pollution would cause global warming!

In 2006, Al Gore took the word of climate scientists and warned that man-made global warming would be at a tipping point of no return by 2016, followed by global destruction and the demise of mankind. On January 26, 2006 the Washington Post stated Al “believes humanity may have only 10 years left to save the planet from turning into a total frying pan.”

It was predicted that the polar ice cap would be totally melted by 2013 causing much of Florida, Manhattan Island, and many other coastal regions around the world to be under water!

In 2007, The climate model of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) predicted that, due to man made carbon dioxide, the temperature of our atmosphere would rise by 0.2 degrees Centigrade per decade. It has actually increased by only 0.06 degrees per decade.

How many times can we be fooled by the fools who keep crying “wolf”? People are now in a panic, especially the young and impressionable, who believe all the hype spouted by some people in government and the media.

That’s why AOC is saying that the world will end in 12 years. The younger generation did not experience the many past predictions of global climate catastrophes. That is why history will repeat itself and every 10 to 15 years, climate scientists will again be predicting gloom and doom. The problem is that each new generation believes this crap!
