When Butte police knocked on the door of a residence on Raccoon Way in Rocker Thursday afternoon, Rubin Runsabove answered.

Police say his presence there was illegal, as he had recently been arrested for trespassing at the same address and told to stay away. 

According to police, Runsabove, 31, told officers Thursday that he was actually packing up and preparing to leave — but a search of the apartment didn't find evidence of that.

Instead, police say they found drug paraphernalia, a 15-year-old runaway, and Corrine Lesh, who was wanted on a felony warrant out of Cascade County, inside.

Police booked Runsabove for three misdemeanors: possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass. Lesh, 30, who was allegedly found with syringes in her purse, was booked on the felony warrant and on drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass misdemeanors.

The teenage girl was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass, and being an ungovernable juvenile.
