Partner or family member assault
Police arrested a 64-year-old man on suspicion of felony partner or family member assault on Monday afternoon.
According to police, they met with a woman who said Gary Hollander pushed her and another woman around at a residence in the 400 block of Virginia Street. She and Hollander were reportedly fighting over clutter in a room at the home, which made him upset, police said.
Police booked Hollander on a charge of partner or family member assault. Because it was his third offense, he was cited for a felony count.
Criminal contempt, theft investigation
