Arrested for DUI
Police found a man passed out in his vehicle on the 10th block of South Montana Street about an hour before midnight on Friday.
When officers woke Morgan Michael Bishop, 34, he appeared to be slurring his words. Bishop refused to take a Breathalyzer test.
After being taken to St. James Healthcare for blood tests, Bishop was arrested for felony driving under the influence (fourth offense) and driving with a suspended or revoked license, a misdemeanor.

At around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, police received a call about an unwanted intoxicated male at the Butte Rescue Mission.
After being told by officers several times to leave the area, Ronney Alan Harriman, 58, decided not to follow their advice and was arrested for disorderly conduct and failure to disperse.
Officers responded to a call Friday afternoon about a storage unit being broken into on Spike Court. Several antiques were taken, including beer bottles, saw blades, and a large “City of Champions” metal sign.
The case is currently under investigation.
