RIDE-SHARES TO RALLY
Skyline Sportsmen are organizing ride-shares to the Rally for Public Lands in Helena today. Those wishing to attend should meet at Perkins at 10:30 a.m. The rally at the Capitol begins at noon. More information: Harold Johns, 406-565-2064.
The Bar J Wranglers of Jackson Hole, Wyo., will perform at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 11, at the Rialto Theater in Deer Lodge. Tickets are $20. The evening is sponsored by the Deer Lodge Valley Conservation District, 406-415-4047. Tickets can be purchased at the Rialto, Keystone Drug, Valley Foods, or Peoples Bank.
KIDS’ NIGHT OUT
Kids’ Night Out will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church at Excelsior and Platinum streets. The evening, which is for children ages kindergarten through fifth grade, includes a start on a series of lessons called "Shipwrecked for Jesus." It includes dinner, games, Bible fun, and music. Celebrating a lifetime love for western culture, Rick Kuntz and friends, Val Prophet and Sandy James will be performing at 7 p.m. at the Old Depot Theater in Dillon. The event is a benefit for the Beaverhead County Museum. All three performers are veterans of cowboy poetry gatherings. Advance tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the Beaverhead County Museum.
