PIE FUNDRAISER

The Montana Tech Biology and Pre-Professional Health Clubs will be holding a pie-in-the-face fundraiser beginning at 1 p.m. in the Student Union Building. All proceeds go to "Bundle Up Butte," a project driven by Montana Tech students to provide sweatshirts to youth in our community who need to stay warm this winter. The participants are Provost Doug Abbott; Carly Sanon, women's head basketball coach; Carrie Vath, Dean of Students; Scott Risser, Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences department head; Matt Stepan, athletic director; Jim Girard, Geophysical Engineering assistant professor; and Bob Green, former head football coach.

AREA XMAS STROLLS

• Yule Night, a festive evening with cheer in the air, is from 5 to 10 p.m. in Philipsburg. The evening includes live music, a lighted parade, pictures with Santa, food and drink, and more. The event is hosted by the Philipsburg Chamber of Commerce.

• The annual Christmas stroll and Parade of Lights will be from 6 to 9 p.m. in downtown Dillon. The evening also includes the lighting of the town tree, and visits by Santa and the Grinch. In addition, there will be places to shop, caroling, food, drink and entertainment.

• An old-fashioned “Spirit of Christmas” Stroll will be from 3 to 8 p.m. in Ennis. Merchants will be open late, and serving up Christmas treats. Also on tap will be pictures with Santa, Christmas stories for children, roasted chestnuts, live music, ice sculpture contest, decoration contest, special gallery events and more. The Lions Club Park by the Madison River will be lit for the holiday season.

'IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE'

"It's a Wonderful Life," the iconic Christmas fantasy comedy-drama from 1946, takes to the main stage of the Cutler Brothers Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for children 10 and under. Reservations are highly recommended and may be arranged by calling the box office at 406-846-4096 or by visiting cutlerbros.com and clicking the "buy tickets" tab. The theatre is located at 301 Main St., Deer Lodge.

'LITTLE WOMEN'

Just in time for the holidays, "Little Women" graces the Orphan Girl Theatre stage. Shows are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. through Dec. 16. The Orphan Girl Theatre is located at 316 W. Park St. in the lower level of the Mother Lode Theatre. The patron entrance is through the gate on Galena Street. For box office access, enter through the side door on Washington Street. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for kids 10 and under. There is no Spotlight showing for this production. MOVIE NIGHT

Aldersgate United Methodist Church will host a family movie night at 6:30 p.m. at 1621 Thornton. Sit back in the church gym and watch “The Bes Christmas Pageant Ever." Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, or bean bags. There will be free popcorn and drinks.

CLUBS AND MEETINGS

BUTTE

Retired Mine Workers will have a meeting and Christmas banquet at the Butte Country Club. Meeting is at 6 p.m., and the banquet will follow. For reservations, call Tom Holter at 406-494-7953.
