Emergency room personnel treated Richard Gene Washington, 51, for sore feet, and then discharged him.
Washington refused to leave, and police came and took him to jail for disorderly conduct — his fourth offense.

Shortly before 3 p.m. Monday, police responded to the 2300 block of Silver Bow Boulevard, where a male individual was reportedly seen looking into cars.
Officers found Dustin Lee Lewis, 39, who they knew was wanted for a parole violation, walking in the area. They stopped Lewis, who allegedly had a scale and meth in his front pocket.
Besides the parole violation, he was jailed for criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.
Loud music annoyed neighbors Monday on the 300 block of North Jackson, and on the 2600 block of Alice.
Officers went to both residences and told the occupants to turn down the music. They did.
