Aggravated DUI while delivering pizza

Police arrested Bradley Baarson-Hanson, 23, of Butte at about 7 p.m. Thursday at Front and Kaw avenues for two misdemeanors: aggravated DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to police, Baarson-Hanson fell asleep at the wheel at the stoplight at Front and Kaw avenues while delivering for Domino's Pizza. He allegedly blew twice over the legal limit, and police say they found a glass pipe used for marijuana in his possession.

Police say Domino's sent a new driver to deliver the rest of Baarson-Hanson’s pizzas.

Police arrested Kiana Blythe, 20, of Butte at about 12:40 a.m. Friday on the 10 block of East Granite Street for DUI under 21 and possession of dangerous drugs, both misdemeanors.

Police say Blythe hit a sitting vehicle and was still behind the wheel of her disabled car when they found her. She allegedly blew over the legal limit for a person under the drinking age of 21.

According to police, Blythe kicked an officer at the jail, but the police opted not to add that to her count. Officers allegedly found a small amount of marijuana in her possession.

Surrendering  

Kristen Williams, 22, of Butte surrendered herself at about 6 p.m. Thursday at the Butte-Silver Bow police station for two misdemeanor warrants for criminal contempt and surrender of defendant out of Butte City Court.
