Norma Faye Neumann died peacefully at home Feb. 9, 2017, in Elko, Nevada. She was 93.
Norma was born in Heber City, Utah on Jan. 12, 1924. She came to Butte as a child, attended the Garfield School and graduated from Butte High School in 1943. She was a graduate of the Butte Business College and worked at Hennessy's before her marriage.
Norma married the love of her life, Earl Neumann on Feb. 6, 1947, and they enjoyed many happy years together before his death in 1995. Norma lived a very happy and very full life. She was loved very much by her family and will be missed every single day.
Norma is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Bruce Chamberlain; three granddaughters, Lisa Chamberlain, Heather Chamberlain, Christina and Patrick Chacon and four great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Norma's remains are in Wayrynen-Richards Funeral Home where friends may call Thursday afternoon after 5 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday morning in the funeral home with Pastor David Andersen officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery and a reception will follow in Wayrynen-Richards Community Center.
