A 26-year-old Helena man accused of possessing methamphetamine while on the roof of Kev’s Auto Sales screaming he was either shot or being shot pleaded not guilty in District Court Wednesday.
Robert Lee Wrzesinski, Jr. is scheduled to appear at his trial June 22. He was arrested in the 1700 block of North Montana Avenue in December, according to documents filed in Lewis and Clark County Court. He was accused of felony possession of dangerous drugs.
Police officers removed him from the auto shop’s roof. He was then treated by medical personnel at the scene.

"It was determined that he was under the influence of drugs and was hallucinating,” according to court documents. “It was also determined that there was nobody after Robert.”
