A member of the Apsaalooke Nation, Parrish fuses hip-hop with Native American music and dance. Parrish says he wants to raise awareness about native civil rights issues and instill a positive message through his music. "Love people. Be kind. Life is short," he told The Montana Standard. Parrish is the recipient of the 2017 MTV Video Music Award for Best Fight Against the System. Among a long list of accomplishments, he recently was asked to audition for "America’s Got Talent" and the Broadway play "Hamilton," according to his website.
