The Mountain Rider’s Alliance will host the second annual Summer Shredfest at Beartooth Basin on June 15-17, according to a press release.

The festival is an end-of-ski-season celebration for snow lovers that will include a Freeride World Tour Qualifier, the Montana Spirit Craft Showdown and a Community Ski, Ride and Demo Day, along with other activities.

The Freeride World Tour Qualifier is North America’s only summer event and will have up to 85 competitors in men’s and women’s skiing and snowboarding.

Sunday’s Community Ski, Ride and Demo Day will have a large selection of skis and snowboards to be used from a host of boutique brands. Lift tickets will be reduced to $35.

MRA's partners at STOKE Certified are working with Beartooth Basin to become the first ski area powered by 100 percent biodiesel. Shredfest will also strive to be zero waste and carbon neutral to achieve STOKE Events certification.
