Vegetarian diet might increase your risk of stroke

A study revealed that people who avoided meat might be more at risk of having a stroke.

The study, published in the British Medical Journal, found people who followed vegetarian or vegan diets had a 20% higher risk of having a stroke compared to those who ate meat.
