Butte stories endless, oftentimes surprising

Tracy, Really interesting choice of “stories”. I love how precise their weight was recorded on minerals; it seems, “about 2,500,000 pounds” would be as interesting as “2,468, 321 pounds”. Anyway it’s counted, Butte sure mined an enormous amount of minerals—in dollars.

Once again Tracy, I enjoyed your colum and pictures. I have the panorimic view framed and hung in my frontroom. I was lucky to find it at a shop on N. Montana St. Thanks Tracy.
