Big band in Anaconda

 The Rodney Mack Philadelphia Big Brass Band

The Rodney Mack Philadelphia Big Brass Band plays at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, in the Washoe Theater in Anaconda, presented by Anaconda Live. A series ticket — $35 for adults and $10 for students — allows admittance to 13-plus shows, with reciprocity with Dillon and Helena. For details, call 563-2606. The five-piece band features some of the top brass musicians in the U.S. They have appeared on the world’s most prominent stages, and are lead by Rodney Mack, founder, trumpeter and cousin of Wynton Marsalis.
