Movie critic Bruce Miller reviews "Greyhound" with Tom Hanks, who plays Capt. Ernest Krause, a quiet leader who lets his actions say plenty about his character. Much of “Greyhound,” the ship’s code name, takes place in cramped rooms where Hanks is making snap decisions and the men hang on his every word. Director Aaron Schneider doesn’t skimp on the exteriors, lending “Greyhound” the same kind of tension we found in “Jaws.” However, if “1917” is the only war film you’ve liked in the last 10 years, this won’t change your opinion.
