The new Beards, Brews, and Bikes motorcycle rally is set to start Thursday, July 19, and run through Saturday, July 21, at the Butte Civic Center, with 100 percent of all charity proceeds to be donated to first responders and volunteer firefighters.
Little Texas will headline the rally on opening night. On Friday, a trio of professional boxing bouts will take place as part of what's being billed as Bruise Fest 2018. Butte native Kadin LeCoure is scheduled to fight Andrew Howk, Anaconda’s Eric Hempstead will fight Billy Martin, and Spokane native and accomplished boxer Chauncy Welliver will fight Ruben Roundstone. On Saturday, a tribute night will feature a line-up of cover bands Blistered Earth, Second Sting and Dimestore Cowboys.
The rally will feature other bands and entertainment, an outdoor pool tournament, food, vendors, a beard competition, a bike show and shine, poker runs, loop runs, a bikini contest, a motorcycle rodeo and more.
On the last day of the rally, organizers will collect bottled water and other necessities for wildland fire crews.
The event is 18 and over, except for ticketed events, which are open to all ages.
