Dublin Gulch members are pictured here. They will be performing at the World Museum of Mining.

The World Museum of Mining will be celebrating “Half-Way to St. Patrick’s Day” Sunday, Sept. 15. The event begins at 9:30 a.m. Admission is $2.

Those attending are urged to wear their “Irish best” for a chance to win the costume contest. Music will be provided by Dublin Gulch, and there will be Irish dancing and bagpipers. There will also be road bowling, with practice at 9:30 a.m., and the tournament starting at 10:30. There will also be face painting, an adult scavenger hunt, food truck, beer and wine, raffles, and more.

In addition, more than 35 vendors will be selling their wares at Flea Market Sunday from 12:30 to 5 p.m. Museum admission prices will be reduced and there will be several chances to shop, shop, and shop some more.
