OBSTRUCTING PEACE OFFICER

A Billings man who absconded from parole was caught in Rocker around 4 p.m. Tuesday after Adult Probation and Parole officers tracked him to a motel there. Police said Joshua Bradley, 26, initially gave them a false name, and was booked into the Butte jail for felony parole violation and obstructing a peace officer. Bradley was sentenced in 2015 to 60 months in the Department of Corrections for a 2009 sexual assault in Ravalli County.

Hettick was sentenced in January to a deferred three-year DOC sentence for robbing a Motel 6 in 2015. Mikayla McLeod, Dennis Schadler and Glenda Anderson were also arrested for probation or parole violations by Adult Probation and Parole officers, but those reports were not immediately available on Wednesday.
