Police arrested Jordan Bartscher, 21, of Butte, at about 1 a.m. Sunday outside the Irish Times Bar, 2 E. Galena St. for a misdemeanor count of simple assault. According to police, Bartscher got into a disturbance with a male inside the bar. When security escorted her out, she allegedly punched the security guard in the face.

Butte-Silver Bow Police arrested Antonio Huerta, 20, of Butte, at about 3:45 a.m. Sunday in an alley in the 100 block of W. Granite Street for five misdemeanors: DUI under 21; operating a vehicle without lights; reckless driving; fleeing from police; and driving while suspended or revoked.
Police first spotted Huerta at Front and Utah Streets without taillights, police said. They tried to stop Huerta, but he eluded police, driving up to 50 mph on Utah, Arizona and Park Streets, police said. Police allegedly continued their high-speed pursuit on Broadway, crossing Main Street, then went north on Washington but lost Huerta on Granite Street. Police then found him allegedly trying to hide in the alley in the 100 block of W. Granite.
Police gave Huerta a sobriety test and he allegedly was over .02 or greater.
