Anaconda's Trent Mikalatos

Anaconda's Trent Mikalatos has opted to play college basketball at the University of Providence. Mikalatos, who originally committed to Montana Western, is following Argos' head coach Steve Keller to Great Falls.

GREAT FALLS — University of Providence men's basketball coach Steve Keller announced the signing of Anaconda's Trent Mikalatos on Wednesday.

Mikalatos, a 6-foot-7 forward, averaged 16.7 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.3 blocks per game for the Copperheads. He helped Anaconda advance to the Class B state championship game in 2017 and post records of 17-10 and 18-7 during his junior and senior seasons. He was named all-state those two seasons.
