Our specialty is processing Montana-raised beef, pork and lamb. We also offer a wide range of homemade products, ranging from over thirty gourmet sausages and snack sticks to a vast array of prepared meat items. Our hams and bacon are smoked to perfection just the way you like them! Our products are prepared and made on-site to ensure both quality and freshness. We can custom-make to any size per pound. Smoked sausages are fully cooked when we smoke them, so we recommend grilling for only ten minutes. Steaming longer tends to make the casings tough.

These sausages are not smoked, so we recommend you steam them for about 25 minutes and then grill for an additional 15 minutes. Grilling will bring out the flavor.



Meat & Cheese Trays

Made with deluxe deli meats and not processed lunch meats, our trays include turkey breast, deli cooked ham, and Genoa dry cure salami. You may also add fully cooked roast beef for an additional charge. Cheeses are an assortment of white and yellow cheeses which include American, Medium Cheddar, Swiss, Colby, Mozzarella and Hot Pepper.
