National columnist wrong in Kaepernick column
In Bob Franken's editorial, "Kaepernick is the reason for NFL boycott," he stated one glaring error. He is entitled to his opinions, but he should clarify his facts before publishing.
He stated that in spite of Colin's obvious talents and records, "including a Super Bowl win as the starting quarterback ..." As a longtime diehard Niner fan, I KNOW we have NEVER won a Super Bowl with Colin as the starting QB.
The only Super Bowl he appeared in was against the Baltimore Ravens and we lost. Believe me, that loss is still a bitter pill to swallow. The last Super Bowl we won was with Steve Young as our starting QB and he would eventually be named MVP.

FYI. I did email Mr. Franken about his error and he responded that I was right. He didn't realize his error until after he sent out his article. He was very gracious and we exchanged a few nice emails.
