Ask legislators to work with Bullock on budget

Fellow Montana voters: So here come the same hardline GOP leaders, who first created the budget mess we are in, back to Helena vowing to ignore the well-proffered financial solution/compromise by Governor Bullock. They only bring along their unworkable fiscal ideology of "small" government, the people be damned.

Reps. Austin Knudsen, Ron Ehli, Nancy Ballance, Adam Hertz, and Sens. Fred Thomas, Jennifer Fielder, Scott Sales, Pat Connell, et. al. have publicly proclaimed they are ready for another fight, not cooperation to work for the fiscal welfare of the people of Montana.

Rep. Brad Tschida said it best of his tea-party colleagues mind-set when in a recent letter to the editor he insulted any Montana who cares, by snidely stating that if they want enhanced revenue for our budget dilemma, they should just send their check to the Department of Revenue. Please contact your reasonable legislators (they are there) and ask that they work with the Governor to quickly give a solution to the next biennial budget. And demand that the GOP leadership under Knudsen NOT expand the session as they are planning to do just to make more mischief.

These guys need to be stopped and alert and active voters can do it
