CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

AND ASSAULT

n John Leppala, 41, of 1608 Silver Bow Homes, and Randy Evans, 25, of Billings, both pleaded guilty March 29 and each man was fined $1,110. According to court

documents, the two men destroyed property belonging to another on the 1000 block of East Front and threw flower pots at a male individual. Both men must also make restitution.

CRIMINAL POSSESSION

OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

n David Smarker, 66, of 31 W. Copper, pleaded guilty March 31 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Smarker had a marijuana pipe in his possession. He also received a five-day jail sentence.

ISSUING BAD CHECKS

n David Calder, 20, of 628 Nevada, pleaded guilty April 5 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Calder issued a check from a Wells Fargo account to Gamers Café. He must also make restitution in the amount of $1,280.

RESISTING ARREST

n William Christianson, 55, no address listed, pleaded guilty April 6 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Christianson used physical force against a police

officer.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

TO PROPERTY

n Kenneth Purcell, 24, of 3409 Busch, and Randall Mathias, 41, of

138 Pearl, both pleaded guilty April 12 and each man was fined $555. According to court

documents, Purcell and Mathias unlawfully entered a residence on North Buxton Road.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS

TO VEHICLE

n Billy Joe Brasher, 37, of 703 S. Utah, pleaded guilty April 9 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Brasher illegally entered a vehicle at the Scoop Bar. He also received a three-day jail sentence.

MISDEMEANOR ASSAULT

n William Crandall, 21, of 1112 S. Main, pleaded guilty March 30 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Crandall was fighting with another individual on Harrison Avenue.

n Erwin Thoras, 31, of 3114 Paxson, pleaded guilty March 30 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Thoras hit a male individual on the 400 block of South Main.

MISDEMEANOR THEFT

n Gary Rubusch, 31, of 1018 Maryland, pleaded guilty March 31 to two separate counts and was fined $1,110. According to court documents, Rubusch took a Dewalt cordless impact wrench from Quality Supply and a DVD player from Hastings. He also received a 40-day jail sentence and must make restitution in the amount of $170.

n Ciera Young, 18, of 108 E. Aluminum, pleaded guilty to two counts and was fined $1,110. According to court

documents, Young took alcoholic beverages from Albertsons and other items from CVS Pharmacy.

n Carl Greene, 24, no address listed, pleaded guilty March 29 to two separate counts and was fined $1,110. According to court documents, Greene took two subwoofers and an amp in the Wal-Mart parking lot, and in a separate incident took a 1990 Yamaha Warrior ATV from a residence in the 2900 block of Silver Bow Boulevard. He also received a five-day jail sentence.

n April Miller, 49, of 1019½ E. Front, pleaded guilty April 1 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Miller took makeup and other items from Albertson's.

n Holly Guthrie, 22, of 1533 Warren, pleaded guilty March 26 and received a 10-day jail

sentence. According to court documents, Guthrie took alcohol from Albertsons.

n Ronald Guccione, 53, of 1911½ Thomas, pleaded guilty March 30 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Guccione stole property from 1370 Harrison Ave.

n Sheldon Hameline, 29, of 630 W. Galena, pleaded guilty April 7 and was fined $555. According to court documents, Hameline took beer from the Town Pump.

LITTERING

n Jodi Neely, 39, of 2800 Locust, pleaded guilty March 30 and was fined $250. According to court documents, Neely unlawfully left garbage and other debris on Saddlerock Road.
