Lillie Ann “Babe” McCoy Smith was born Jan. 7, 1929, to Walter and Josephine (Boyer) McCoy in Sidney, Montana. She leaves behind one sister, Doris Mae Lobe, who lives in Moses Lake, Washington.
Lillie had four children. Her daughter, Marcy Barnett, and son, David Thiel (Patty) preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Stephenson from Butte, Montana, and son, Dudley Thiel (Renee) from Sidney, Montana. She has many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and a nephew, whom she loved very much. She also had many close friends.
Lillie Ann worked in bakeries, and as a reflexologist until she found her true calling. In 1981, she became an ordained minister. Miracles and healings followed her ministry and she won countless souls to the Lord. She had great compassion for the needy and the poor, setting an example of Christ’s work for all who knew her.
She peacefully went to her blessed Savior in Heaven on March 10, 2018. She will meet you all there!
A memorial service, followed by fellowship, will be held on St. Patrick’s Day, Saturday, March 17, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Wayrynen Richards Funeral Home, 1800 Florence Ave., Butte, Montana 59701.
