The Butte-Silver Bow Police reports for Tuesday included:

• Butte-Silver Bow law enforcement received a call about 8 p.m. Monday of two vehicles chasing each other at a high rate of speed near the intersection of Harrison and Cobban streets.

Officers spotted the vehicles and pulled both over on Civic Center Road just east of Harrison. Both drivers, a male and a female, had been speeding and chasing each other with their cars. Officers suspected both had been drinking and gave them breathalyzer tests, which they both failed.

Both Robert Stuber, 36, and Susan Smith, 30, were charged with DUI and reckless driving. They gave the same Butte address.

• Two men were charged after allegedly breaking windows out of a parked pickup truck in the 1800 block of Texas.

• Donavan Halvorsen, 18, of Butte was charged with felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor charges of no liability insurance, displaying plates assigned to another vehicle, driving with a blood alcohol content of .02 or higher and operating without car registration.

• Bradley Satterlee, 18, was charged with felony criminal mischief.
