ID'd on surveillance camera
Police arrested Dale Hjelt, 27, of Butte, at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Copper King Hotel on a felony charge of possession of dangerous drugs and four misdemeanors: possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of criminal trespass to vehicle and theft from a motor vehicle.
A witness at Certified Transmission and Auto Repair, 3934 Wynne Ave., said he saw via surveillance camera a man entering vehicles in the company parking lot. By the time police arrived, the suspect had left, but based on video footage, officers were able to identify Hjelt’s vehicle in the nearby hotel parking lot. Police said they found in Hjelt's vehicle compact discs and jumper cables that had been taken from a vehicle in the auto repair lot, as well as a needle containing a liquid substance.

Police were called to the alley because of a suspicious vehicle. When officers arrived, Ramos allegedly exited from the passenger side of the car and ran. Police chased on foot and caught Ramos before leaving the block.
