Obstructing a peace officer
At 8:39 p.m. Thursday, police received a report of a four-wheeler being driven at a high rate of speed around Clark Park.
After locating the four-wheeler, police pulled it over at the intersection of George Street and Harrison Avenue.
The driver of the vehicle gave officers a name that they suspected was false. A check revealed this to be the case. Despite his attempt to claim otherwise, the driver was Robert Bilodeau, 29, of Butte, who had an outstanding warrant out of Gallatin County.
Bilodeau was subsequently arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and criminal contempt.
