Police arrested Austin McGrann, 24, of Butte at about 12 a.m. Wednesday for four misdemeanors: aggravated DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to dim headlights, and criminal contempt.
Police were headed south on Montana Street and noticed McGrann’s headlights were on high beam as he headed north and his license plate light was out, according to police. When police stopped McGrann, he allegedly appeared intoxicated. Police gave him a breathalyzer, and he was allegedly twice over the legal limit. They also found an outstanding criminal contempt warrant and a marijuana pipe in his possession, according to police.
