Homebuyers class to be held Nov. 12-13
Headwaters RC&D and the National Affordable Housing Network are holding a Homebuyers Education Class Nov. 12-13 at the Business Development Center, 305 W. Mercury St.
The class runs 5 to 9 p.m. each day, and costs $20.
Participants will learn about affordable home financing options including down payment and closing cost assistance programs. The class presents information on budgeting and credit, the mortgage process, homeowners insurance, and other aspects of homeownership.
